طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك طلب حذف حساب مسار من هنا دون إعادة تثبيت التطبيق. بعد التحقق تُجدول الإزالة الكاملة بعد مهلة تراجع مدتها سبعة أيام. يمكنك إلغاء الطلب خلال المهلة من مركز الخصوصية داخل التطبيق.

الحذف نهائي بعد انتهاء المهلة ويشمل الحساب والبيانات المالية المرتبطة به. قد تُحتفظ فقط بسجلات مجهولة وخالية من المحتوى لأغراض الأمان والتدقيق وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ المعتمدة.

Delete your Masar account and data

This page lets you request deletion without reinstalling the app. If the credentials are valid, complete deletion is scheduled after a seven-day recovery period. You can cancel during that period from the in-app Privacy Center.

The response never confirms whether an account exists. Final deletion removes the account and associated financial data; only content-free anonymous security/audit records may remain under the reviewed retention policy.
